No one can ethically guarantee a grant award—but we do guarantee clarity, professionalism, and positioning that gives your organization the best chance possible. We also offer transparency into funder fit and always aim to build a pipeline of both quick wins and long-term investment opportunities.
Not at all. While grants are a core service, we also help nonprofits build internal systems for fundraising readiness. This includes prospect research, donor segmentation, CRM setup, board training, and development planning. Our goal is to help you become a “grant-ready” organization that funders trust.
Some clients receive funding within the first 60–90 days; others may build relationships and pipeline traction over 6–12 months. It depends on your readiness, funding landscape, and the types of grants you’re pursuing (rapid-response vs. long-term capacity grants, for example).
We don’t just write grants—we build your fundraising capacity. Our approach is equal parts storytelling, strategic planning, and systems development. We help nonprofits align their mission with funder priorities, build realistic grant calendars, and create reusable templates and tools that leave your team stronger than we found it.
We’re flexible—because we know not every organization is in the same place.
Some clients come to us with a tight deadline for a one-off grant or need help getting started with prospecting and onboarding. In those cases, engagements can begin at $3,000. For most, a monthly retainer makes the most sense. It gives us the space to build a thoughtful strategy, pursue multiple funders, and deliver consistent, high-quality work—usually 2–3 grant deliverables per month, along with research and advisory support.
We’ll help you figure out what’s realistic for your goals, capacity, and timeline. No pressure. Just clarity.
While nonprofits are our primary partners, we also support mission-driven small businesses, university departments, and research teams—particularly those pursuing federal funding, SBIR/STTR grants, or public-private partnerships.
If you’re navigating complex guidelines, tight timelines, or need help aligning your proposal with funder priorities, we can help. If there’s a social good or innovation component to your work, we’re interested in hearing your story.
We embrace it—with caution and clarity. AI isn’t a replacement for strategic thinking or relationship-building, but it can be a powerful tool when used intentionally. We’ve coached clients on how to incorporate AI into their grant development, research, and reporting processes while keeping the human voice and values at the center. If you’re curious, we’re happy to share how we use it—and how you might, too.
Not at all. Some of our clients have full dev teams. Others have one overextended ED doing it all. Wherever you’re starting from, we’ll meet you there and build from what’s working.
